What To Do-GROUPON and 1st time yoga and kettlebell students:Please register online before you do anything else!

  • First step is arriving 20 minutes before class to SIGN WAIVER BEFORE ENTERING YOGA ROOM.
  • You will need a large beach or bath towel, yoga mat, and water.
  • We will set-up your yoga mat and towel for you in the Yoga room. You don't have to worry about finding a spot!
  • MAINTAIN QUIET IN YOGA ROOM BEFORE CLASS. Lie down or sit quietly. The class begins when you enter the room. If you have any questions, please ask the teacher not the students. If you need to talk, hang out in the lobby with me or your friends!
  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! "Do not enter" sign posted on door once class starts. Being late disrupts flow of class.
  • Classes are 60 minutes long. Come well hydrated!
  • NO CELL PHONES IN YOGA ROOM!
  • Experienced students will be in front of the room facing the mirrors. First timers, pace yourself. Watch and listen very carefully.
  • If you get dizzy or nauseous, lie down on your back until your body recovers. Safety is the #1 priority. Modify poses to your ability. We all start and finish the poses at the same time, together.
  • End of class is final relaxation. Stay as long as you like. Please no talking during final relaxation. Allow students to relax in silence. You can talk as much as you like outside of the Yoga Room.
